When we saw the green 1920s bungalow, with the large front porch, it was love at first site. Even though we are close to the city, it doesn't feel crowded here, with large, old growth trees that provide plenty of shade and privacy. Also, in our first spring here, we discovered that we have 4 green apple trees in the backyard, to match the color of the house.

We wanted to live intown to avoid long commutes, and fell in love with the charming 1920s bungalows that can be found in this tree filled neighborhood. We also have a large, beautiful park at the end of our street. It is an easy 10 minute drive to work in downtown and midtown, and there is a Marta station close by, too. In Capitol View, we are close to all that the city has to offer, with plenty of room to relax.
