I have been a resident of Capitol View for only three weeks, but I've managed to fall in love with the community. I first visited the neighborhood about a year ago when Matthew and Alexis Williams had a party at their home. Matt jokingly suggested that I buy a house nearby so that I could be a neighbor. This spring I stopped by for a visit and noticed several houses for sale that caught my interest, particularly a three-bedroom with hardwood floors on Allene Avenue. As fate would have it, Alexis is a real estate agent. I called her for the details on the house and six weeks later I was moving my furniture into it. I'm looking forward to putting down roots in this neighborhood and building relationships with my new neighbors.
